Spray-Packs plant is equipped with fully automated lines as well as semi-automatic lines, which are capable of filling most types of aerosol, liquid or viscous product. We have set up a tank farm for the safe storage of propellants and solvents. Our present tank capacity for propellants and solvents is upward of 350 m3. All safety and hazardous material regulations are strictly adhered to, for the safe and efficient manufacture of quality products. Spray-Pack places great importance to manufacturing with safety, as we have a nominal accident rate or record stands testimony to our dedication to safety.

We have the flexibility to run the aerosol lines on a 24/7 basis. Our utilization levels are forecast to increase significantly this year due to various products coming into production. We have the infrastructure, capability and experience to fill aerosols with any type of propellant.
